January 2019

Michael Blackstock - Mar 21, 1943 - Aug 22, 2019

With my father in-law passing I knew I needed to build an urn for him. He was a quiet man whose love for his family was steady and unwavering. The design is woven with meaning.

Six Celtic hearts, each a tribute to those he held dear. Two larger hearts represent his daughters, the foundation of his world, while four smaller ones honor his grandchildren, the light of his life. Just as he was steady and strong, this piece stands as a reflection of his love—silent, yet ever-present.

The urn stands 12" tall and 4.5" square at the top. The lid and the base are made from Douglas Fir.
